Manager of Managed Services

Description
|
The Manager of Managed Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of programmatic, scheduled IT support and maintenance services to our client base, as well as for interacting with those clients to help define and guide their IT roadmap.
|

Requisite Experience
|
5 Years experience in the IT field; 3 years experience managing technologies and implementation teams, preferably with a focus on managed IT services or applications.
|
|
Academic Background
|
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
|
|
Required Skills
|
The successful candidate will have:
Flawless written and oral communication skills
Excellent people skills
Demonstrable experience working with 1st-tier managers and C-Level executives in small to midsized businesses and organizations.
Strong experience with Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Active Directory.
Experience with MS SQL server, MS Exchange
Experience with ConnectWise and Kaseya, or equivalent applications

Desired Skills
|
Working knowledge of Networking and Network Security. Unix/Linux experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
|
Oversight of managed services processes, including patching and virus updates for over 200 networks.
Oversight of process definitions and other aspects relevant to the automation of network administration.
Design and implementation of monitoring and alerting templates for status and performace data of network devices.
Reporting and feedback to clients about their networks and the health their components.
Managing the relationship with various managed services toolset vendors.

Network Field Engineer

Description
|
Integrated IT Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Network Field engineer with a broad range of technical skills to help support our clients Networks. This is a part time to full time position.
|

Requirements
|
Must have at least 5 years experience in the IT field.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
MCSA/MCSE desired
Advanced knowledge in all Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, Server 2003, Vista/Windows 7, Server 2008) is required
Experience with Windows Active Directory (User and Group Creation & Administration, GPO's)
Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2003 & 2010
Advanced knowledge of DHCP & DNS
Intermediate experience with Sonicwall and Netscreen firewalls
Solid Network troubleshooting skills: TCP/IP concepts and LAN/WAN issues
Strong Handheld Experience (Windows Mobile, Blackberry (BIS & BES), IPhone)
Advanced knowledge using Symantec Backup Exec (9.0 & up)
Intermediate Knowledge of VPN & SSL-VPN technology (PPTP, IPSEC, SSL)
Experience with the following AV products: Symantec, McAfee, AVG
Experience with setting up Citrix ICA & Microsoft RDC connections.
Knowledge of Linux, Cisco routing, Cymphonix Network Composer, Connectwise is a plus.
