Office 2010 Tip of the Month
Since our engineers have been quite busy this summer rolling out Microsoft Office 2010 on many of your workstations, we thought we would start a "tips and tricks" section of the newsletter to help you transition to the new version.
Outlook 2010 Conversation View
Email messages in your Outlook 2010 inbox and other mail folders can be organized by date and arranged by Conversation. When Conversation is turned on, messages that share the same subject appear as Conversations that can be viewed, expanded or collapsed. You can quickly review and act on messages or complete Conversations. This is helpful if you've been out of the office all day and do not want to sift through multiple replies.
On the View tab, in the Conversations group, select the Show as Conversations check box. Click All Folders or This Folder.
