Integrated IT is #59 on the Top 100 MSPmentor list!

The MSPmentor Global Top 100 list is an annual survey which ranks the top Managed Service providers in the world. In 2011, we were ranked 89th in the Global Top 100. This year we moved all the way up to 59th place! For the North American list, we rank 49th! There were over 450 IT companies worldwide that participated in the survey.

About the Annual Survey Results from MSPMentor:

"Instead of ranking MSPs merely by total revenue, we calculate an index measurement using such metrics as overall managed services revenue, overall managed services revenue growth, percentage managed services revenue growth, managed services revenue per employee, number of devices managed, and other data points comparing year-over-year results. This index approach ensures small, midsize and large MSPs from around the world are recognized on the MSPmentor 100."

We feel extremely honored to be among the top Managed Service providers in the world!

Motorola Buy-Back Program for Old Phones

In the market for a new phone? Motorola Mobility just announced a deal for up to $200 to consumers who trade in their “business-ready” phones for a new Android model.

The company, which is in the process of being bought by Google, is offering the trade-in deals to owners of 16 different devices, including Droid Razr, Bionic, Droid 4, Atrix and Titanium. The company has set up this website that offers estimates for the old models’ worth. To get the money back, users have to provide a proof of purchase for their old Motorola device. In addition to the cash back, Motorola will also work with corporate IT departments (that's us!) to help users transfer contacts and set up accounts. As RIM's future appears to be uncertain, it seems Google is trying to take greater strides into the corporate mobile market.

Office 2010 Tip of the Month

Inserting a Screenshot into your email feature in Outlook 2010

You can find the Screenshot option on the Insert tab. When clicking the button, you’ll get a gallery of screens of all running applications which aren’t in a minimized state. Clicking any of these screens will insert a full image of that application.

If you only want to insert a section of your screen, you can select the option Screen Clipping. The current message will automatically minimize so you’ll have a clear view of the underlying windows.
