Integrated IT Acquires Business Systems Consultants, Inc.
We are excited to announce that we have recently acquired Business Systems Consultants, Inc (aka Worry-Free IT). BSCI is a managed IT service provider located in Beverly, MA. BSCI has over 19 years of experience helping clients align their technology strategies with their business strategies, while reducing the cost, complexity and stress inherent in supporting these business technologies. We found BSCI's philosophy perfectly parallels Integrated IT Solutions' mission.

Surface Pro: Finally a Business-Ready Tablet?
We’ve been testing the newly released Pro version of Microsoft’s answer to the iPad. Because its insides include an Intel Core i5, 4GB of RAM, and multiple ports, the Surface Pro is more like an ultrabook than a traditional tablet. But is it capable to do real work on?
At 2 pounds it’s heavier than a tablet, yet lighter than most laptops. The kickstand on the back is ideal when on a desk, not so much when it’s on your lap. And we wish battery life was better.
Installing "legacy apps" (aka, real programs) was perfectly smooth. The detachable keyboard cover and stylus definitely set it apart from other tablets. We were quite impressed the Surface pen could precisely recognize our admittedly poor handwriting onscreen. Imagine how convenient it is to be able to have a client sign a document right on your tablet. Working in multi-monitor mode operated exactly the same as you'd expect on a Windows PC. With Snap, you can run two programs side-by-side, which is something other tablets can’t do.The speed and response is impressive. It seems with the Surface Pro, we now have flexibility, portability and finally integration into the enterprise world.
