New IITS acquisition

We are excited to announce that we recently acquired Core Solutions of Needham, a CRM Consulting business for the past 17 years with strong experience in three powerful CRM solutions, each with its own unique feature-set: Microsoft CRM, Goldmine and Infor. iPhone 6S features

Here are some cool new features of Apple's new phone you may not have heard about yet. Preview message: Tap and hold an email, and a preview pops up. It also works for links within a message or text: pressing and holding a hyperlink or street address gives you a glance at the web page or map before you decide to actually open it.

Get app shortcuts with 3D Touch
The 6S's screen recognizes variations in pressure from your finger, which means you can do a lot of new stuff, most notably press and hold app icons to get quick access to popular functions. For instance, if you want to compose a new message, holding down the Mail icon opens a shortcut menu so you can jump right to it.

Turn the keyboard into a touchpad: If you find it difficult to move the cursor when you are  trying to copy and paste in a text or email, the 6S has this new feature: when you press and hold the keyboard, it turns into a touchpad, where you can use your finger to easily slide the cursor wherever you want.

Take front-facing photos with a flash: Not only did the front-facing camera get a huge upgrade (jumping from 1.2 megapixels on the 6 to 5 megapixels on the 6S), but now the screen serves as a flash when you want one.

New Surface Pro and Surface Book

Microsoft has just announced the Surface Pro 4 as well as the new Surface Book. Both machines are available with high specs and a quality finish, while remaining thin and light and with what Microsoft says is enough battery life to last the working day. They described the Surface Pro 4 as 50 percent faster than the MacBook Air and the Surface Book as twice as fast as the MacBook Pro. The Surface Book's screen can be detached and used as a tablet or flipped 360 degrees so it sits on top of the keyboard. On the Type Cover, the keys are more widely spaced and have 1.3mm of travel when pressed. The new cover also includes a fingerprint reader and increases the size of the touchpad by 40 percent.

Office 2016 is released

Microsoft recently released a new version of Office. What's new in it? Real-time co-authoring in Word and PowerPoint is one of the new features. Everyone on your team can simultaneously edit the same document from different devices in different locations. Flags indicate where teammates are working in the document and you can see their edits as they make them. Office 2016 simplifies sharing of documents by adding a Share button to the upper-right corner of your Office apps. Clicking that button will give you one-click access to share your document with anyone in your contacts list. Another new feature is called Clutter. You can designate certain emails as low priority and they, and future similar emails, will be deposited automatically into a Clutter folder in Outlook. So now you have four categories for email: important, clutter, junk, and delete.
