IT Project Manager

This is a full time project manager position. The successful candidate is disciplined, self-motivated and has strong team collaboration skills, takes ownership of tasks and enjoys working with people as much as he or she enjoys working with technology, devices and applications.


  • Works closely with our Sales Engineers to review and provide input on needs assessments
  • Works closely with our engineering team and clients, managing project implementation.
  • Actively participates in establishing the company's product and solution best practices.
  • The position requires visits and in-person interaction with our clients. Travel is primarily within Eastern Massachusetts.


  • 2 years experience as a network engineer or technical pre-sales engineer.
  • 3 years project management experience.
  • Impeccable written and oral communications skills.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent certifications in related studies
  • Understanding of following is required:
    • Local Area Network
    • Windows Active Directory environment
    • Wide Area Network
    • Virtual Private Networks.

Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Networking Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is a disciplined, self-motivated information technology professional who enjoys working with people as much as he or she enjoys working with technology, servers and applications.

As a Networking Engineer, you will engage with our clients to troubleshoot and repair performance and stability issues associated with their data and voice network infrastructures. You will also participate in projects to deploy new, and replace existing, networking equipment for local area, wide area, and virtual private networks.


  • Troubleshooting application and system performance issues at the network layer.
  • Implementing and troubleshooting switched local area network infrastructures for clients ranging from one site and 20-30 users to tens of sites and thousands of users.
  • Implementing and troubleshooting switched and routed wide area network infrastructures, including the use of dynamic routing protocols within, between and outside of our clients networks.
  • Perform routine maintenance updates for relevant equipment.
  • Help develop standards for monitoring, alerting and deploying network equipment.
  • Requirements:
  • 5 years of IT experience in a network-related role.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent certifications in related studies
  • Strong process discipline.
  • Solid network troubleshooting skills.
  • Industry certifications or demonstrable equivalent experience: CCNA, NSAA
  • Demonstrable experience installing, troubleshooting and managing Cisco and HP switching products.
  • Demonstrable experience installing, troubleshooting and managing Cisco and Sonicwall security appliances.
  • Experience with ConnectWise and Kaseya is a significant advantage.

Business Analyst/Developer

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Developer. The successful candidate is disciplined, self-motivated and has strong team collaboration skills, takes ownership of tasks and enjoys working with people as much as he or she enjoys working with technology, devices and applications.

This unique position is perfect for the developer or analyst that has an interest not only in developing solutions using Microsoft technologies but also has an interest in assisting in other areas of a CRM or SharePoint implementations such as report writing, data migrations and system customization.


  • Candidates should be able to juggle multiple projects in order to excel in our fast-paced environment.
  • Customization, development and implementation of business Application products such as Microsoft CRM and SharePoint.
  • Works closely with our clients to document requirements, and assist with training.
  • Collaborate with our Business Application team and Account managers to insure a successful development and implementation of clients requirements.


  • Two years experience as a Developer and two years Business Analyst experience.
  • Impeccable written and oral communications skills.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent certifications in related studies
  • Strengths and skills with Microsoft tools such as MSSQL, SSRS, SSIS, and business solutions such as Dynamics CRM or SharePoint and languages such as C#, JavaScript, json are beneficial for success in this position.
  • Familiarity with other CRM products such as Salesforce, Sugar or Infor are a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of relational database structures and design
  • Experience with .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
  • Experience developing, implementing and/or troubleshooting .Net, web-based, and client/server applications in a networked and/or web environment
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision
  • Create and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-ins, web services and other custom utilities
  • Report writing experience utilizing SQL Reporting Services is a plus
  • Data migration experience using various ETL tools such as SSIS or Scribe is a plus

Account Manager

We are hiring an account manger to help us continue our impressive growth rate. This is an exciting opportunity for solution-oriented sales professional to join one of the northeast largest providers of IT managed services for medium-sized businesses.

An account manager should have experience in new sales development and needs to build strong business relationships in the SMB marketplace based upon trust and providing value. To be successful you need to have the ability to listen to and understand a prospect's business needs and to successfully propose the solution.


  • Meeting or exceeding quota. Prospecting -- identifying and qualifying customers through cold calling, leveraging personal contacts, following up on company generated leads.
  • Attending networking events, conferences and tradeshows to build relationships that will create new business opportunities.
  • Obtaining sales certifications from HP, Dell SonicWALL and Citrix
  • Building trust and value with clients.
  • Keeping your leads, opportunities and deals up-to-date with automation tools.
  • Balancing sales activity for prospects to ensure consistent sales performance each month.
  • Maintaining and growing opportunities with current clients by keeping close contact.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling IT solutions (managed IT services, network integration, systems integration, hosting, subscription software services, IT management and support).
  • Consultative sales experience includes; probing for business impact, multiple decision makers, multi-year contract, long sales cycle, customized service offering.

Support Engineer

This is a full time call center position with work hours between 8:30 am -5:30 pm M-F. The candidate must be available to work after hours during On Call Rotation. In this role you will perform various types of technical support services for our existing client base and work with a team to help come up with solutions that meet the desired result.


  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
  • Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
  • System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise.
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
  • Taking support calls live for immediate triage.


  • Must have at least 2 years of IT experience in a support role.
  • Must have strong Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Must possess solid network troubleshooting skills- TCP/IP concepts and LAN/WAN issues
  • Knowledge in all Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, Server 2003, Vista/Windows 7, Server 2008) and Office products is required
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory (User and Group Creation &Administration, GPO's)
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2003, 2007 & 2010)
  • Experience troubleshooting issues related to DHCP & DNS
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to local and network printing.
  • Strong Handheld Experience (Windows Mobile, Blackberry (BIS & BES), IPhone, Droid) in relation to setup and email configuration.
  • Experience with the following AV products- Symantec, McAfee, AVG, Trend
  • Experience with Dell SonicWALL firewalls a plus.
  • Experience with Connectwise and Kaseya is a plus.
  • MAC Experience is a plus
